We suggest that you start by checking your journal/address book in your home or office.
In cases such as Mortgages or Bank documents where the Notary is serving as a notary on their behalf, it is against the Code of Ethics to solicit on behalf of a third party in their presence. At a later date however, any client whose signature has been certified by a public notary in the past is a potential candidate for uploading his or her will, power of attorney, medical disposition or other important document.
We also suggest visiting different groups within your community, or even hold “T-Ware” type parties or gatherings with fellow notaries to gather a crowd together at the same time, whether or nor they have been clients. Church groups, school groups, work groups, etc.; all of them have their own personal set of important documents to be protected and/or “insured” by the D4e Platform. It is always easier and more efficient to transmit an idea to a group than to do it one by one.
